Question: How can I qualified for it?

Answer: do know that it is an extraordinary SIM, for new prepaid customer usually comes with the plan or you can visit to any nearest Airtel office or dealers outlet to convert to it.

Question: How can I get it?

Answer: visit to any nearest Airtel office, Airtel walk-in, or any one of their dealers outlet, or simply contact us.

Question: How can I recharge my RCCG?

Answer: Simply dial *126*1*pin# or after you've recharged then dial *234*amount#

Question: can I recharge more than N100?

Answer: of course you can, as any recharge of N100 gives you 40 minutes. Your credit will be doubled as shown below:

recharge of N200 gives you 80 minutes recharge of N300 gives you 120 minutes.

recharge of N400 gives you 160 minutes.
recharge of N500 gives you 200 minutes.
recharge of N600 gives you 240 minutes.
recharge of N700 gives you 280 minutes
recharge of N800 gives you 320 minutes
recharge of N900 gives you 360 minutes
recharge of N10,000 gives you 400 minutes, wow!! Up to infinite.

Question: How can I subscribe for monthly package?

Answer: to subscribe for monthly, simply dial *276*200# after you've recharged your N700 or N500 but N700 is recommended

Question: How long it's valid for?

Answer: it doesn't have a valid, you will be using till you finish your credit.

Question: does Airtel RCCG have a validity? I mean a time to stop being active.

Answer: No! You'll be using it for a long lifetime till you've changed the plan, lost or suspended.

Question: will my RCCG plan be forfeited if I lost the sim card or gets damage?

Answer: No! Your RCCG plan will be automatically retrieved when you've retrieved your Airtel SIM CARD

Question: How would I check my balance?

Answer: Dial *123# to check your balance.

Question: How would I know my tariff plan?

Answer: simply dial *121*2*5#

Question: I have changed my Airtel RCCG plan to another plan, but unfortunately is not enjoyably as RCCG, Please how can I retrieve my RCCG plan?

Answer: Once you've changed your Airtel RCCG plan to another plan, your RCCG plan will be forfeited unless you retrieve.

AIRTEL SIM REGISTRATION IS BACK!

is now available at Any Airtel office, while its been five months that's suspended by NCC due to audit each subscriber database, soon followed by suspending of SIM swap too. meanwhile the SIM registration and swap has been opened. To purchase your SIM, kindly visit any Airtel office to purchase a new Airtel SIM and do the registration with yourself.

Is not allowed for someone to stays or comes on behalf of you during your Sim registration not even one of the following relatives is allowed:

Not your father
Not your mother
Not your your son
Not your daughter
Not your sister
Not your brother
Not your wife
Not your husband
Only you the actual owner is needed and allowed.

SIM Registration is a regularly requirement that will enable AIRTEL to link every SIM card to the identity of the actual owner.

Visit any Airtel office to register your SIM properly.
Take along with your National Identity Card.
You will be given a form to fill
Your finger print will be scanned.
A picture of you will be taken using a white background.
SIM registration is free.
A new customer must do the complete registration before he/she can use the line.

If you have the SIM already, kindly link it to your NIN to avoid your SIM barring or blocking.

To link your NIN, kindly dial *121*1#. to retrieve your NIN, dial *346#. do this to each of your Airtel numbers.

The Nigerian communication commission (NCC) issued a telecommunications operators to suspend all Sim card that are not registered with the National identity Numbers.
