Answer: of course, you're allowed, however you must recharge an extra credit apart from your monthly subscription. You can only make a call within the group with your monthly subscription. But you must recharge for any calls outside of your group.

Answer: You can call all network with your extra credit.


Question:  can I change my plan?
Answer: No! You can not change your plan or swap to another network, because your Agrilcom plan has been whitelisted. If only you migrate or swap to another plan or network, you will forfeit your Agricom plan instantly.

Answer: you can check your tariff plan by dialing *121*3*5#

Question: How do I check my number?
Answer:  You check your number by dialing *121*3*8# or *1# your number will pop out.

Question: How do I check my extra credit balance?
Answer: to check your Extra credit balance, dial *123# your balance will pop out.

Question: How do I purchase data?
Answer: dial *141# to choice your prefer plan.

AIRTEL SIM SWAP!

Airtel SiM swap is allowed when you lost your Airtel SIM card or the SIM has been damaged, Airtel give a chance to their all customers to welcome back their SIM when it gets lost.

Kindily Follow the guideline for your SIM welcome back.

  • You can visit any Airtel office/shop/out let to swap your SIM or get more information about Airtel SIM swarp.
  • make sure you go along with one of this ID we've listed below.

  1. National ID card
  2. Voters Card
  3. Driving license 
  4. International passport
  5. Go along with your SIM certificate (SIM pack)
